As well as leading the Facilitatorforce offering globally, Cara runs her own leadership development consultancy.

A bit more about Cara...
Cara has 20 years experience working as a coach with leaders in healthcare, technology, higher ed and finance for organizations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Tableau Software, and Salesforce.
Cara’s passion is in helping teams and leaders mature in ways that makes their work more meaningful, more productive, and more connected. She was diagnosed late in life as neurodivergent, and she has a special place in her heart for working with neurodivergence in the workplace.
Cara lives on a blueberry farm in Poulsbo with her husband and new puppy Harley. When not working, you can find her riding mountain bikes or motorcycles, doing every single puzzle in the NYT app, and working on a homestead in perpetual need of renovation.
