Mitchell is an executive coach, facilitator, and leadership strategist who helps leaders create the clarity, alignment, and momentum needed for their next chapter.
Ian has held leadership roles in organisations as diverse as Cisco and Nike in commercial and people functions. He has a Master’s from Oxford and lived in Amsterdam, Portland & Tokyo before settling in London.
